Annual Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations


ikeGPS Group Limited (NZX:IKE, ASX:IKE) (IKE) announces that its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
is to be held on Thursday, 29 September 2022. The details relating to the meeting will be advised in the
Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed closer to the time.

Additionally, IKE advises that the closing date for director nominations is Tuesday, 6 September 2022. All
nominations must be received by 5.00 pm (NZT) on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and
