STEEL & TUBE FY22 RESULTS – MINOR AMENDMENT EXPLAINED
Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) has made minor amends to its FY22 results materials and FY22
Annual Report, as follows:

•
The company acquired by Steel & Tube during FY22 is called Fasteners NZ. This was incorrectly
referred to as NZ Fasteners in several instances – this is a different company.

• Amendment to comment on Page 18 of the Annual Report regarding earnings for the
Distribution business quadrupling – this has been amended to ‘earnings more than doubled’.
