Director Intention to Retire
Genesis Energy announces that Doug McKay has advised the Company of his intention to step down
as a Director on 30 September 2022.
Barbara Chapman, Genesis Energy’s Chair, said the Genesis Energy Board would like to thank Doug
for his contribution to the Company since joining the Board in 2014.
