Executive Leadership Team Update

Director – Sustainability, Brand, Beverages and Cream, Hamish Reid, has decided to leave Synlait Milk
Limited (Synlait).

Hamish has chosen to return to his sustainability consulting business, which led him to Synlait in 2017.
Hamish has been instrumental in developing Synlait's company purpose and sustainability strategy,
and Synlait is today recognised as an industry leader in the sustainability space. Hamish also played a
critical role in Synlait achieving its B Corp™ certification in 2020.

Hamish has developed an exceptional team to drive this work forward and leaves Synlait with
gratitude and best wishes.
