Defence House Removed from Precinct Pacific Investment Limited
Partnership
As indicated in its recent Annual Results announcement, Precinct Properties New Zealand
Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announces that it has today received formal notification from the
Ministry of Defence, as occupier of Defence House, that it does not approve the sale of
Defence House to the Precinct Pacific Investment Limited Partnership established by Precinct.
The remainder of the transaction is not contingent on consent being received for Defence
House and continues to progress subject to Overseas Investment Office approval and certain
other consents.
