approximately 88,510 ordinary shares in General Capital Limited through a total of 28 on-
market trades executed via Sharesies. The details of each transaction are as set out the
Schedule to this notice. While the number of ordinary shares acquired by Borneo Capital
Limited represented only 0.42% of the current shares on issue in General Capital Limited,
in the period between this disclosure and the last disclosure made by Borneo Capital
Limited, the number of ordinary shares on issue in General Capital Limited increased by
approximately 24%.
