Kiwi Property FY23 first quarter dividend


Kiwi Property will pay a first quarter cash dividend of 1.425000 cents per share. The
dividend will have imputation credits of 0.271023 cents per share attached and a
supplementary dividend of 0.122985 cents per share will be paid to non-resident
shareholders. The record date for the dividend is 13 September 2022, and the payment
date is 21 September 2022. The dividend reinvestment plan will not operate for this
dividend.
