The Board of Rua Bioscience (NZX: RUA) advises that Anna Stove is no longer an Independent
Director following her appointment as Managing Director of the Company.
As noted in the company’s market announcement on 20 July 2022, Anna Stove will lead the
business while the Board looks to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer. Once a new CEO has
been appointed, Anna Stove will resume her role on the Board.
