Governance Succession Planning
Delegat Group announces governance succession planning changes effective today.
The Board has appointed Graeme Lord as Non-Executive Chair. Graeme brings to the
role significant expertise in the wine industry. He is currently a Non-Executive Director who
has worked with Delegat Group since 1999 including serving as Managing Director from
2014 to 2018 and Acting Managing Director for ten months until early 2022.
Alan Jackson will continue as Independent Non-Executive Director and brings a wealth of
experience including 10 years on the Board of Delegat Group and his prior role leading
Boston Consulting Group's Consumer Goods and Retail practice in Australasia and Asia
Pacific. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Alan for his exemplary
leadership as Chair during a period of management transition.
Jim Delegat will transition from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director and will
continue to provide valuable input into the strategic direction of Delegat Group. Jim remains
passionate about and committed to Delegat Group's ongoing growth on the journey to build
a leading global Super Premium wine company.
The roles of other Directors on the Board are unchanged: Steve Carden continues as
Managing Director, Rose Delegat continues as a Non-Executive Director, as do
Independent Directors, Phillipa Muir and Gordon MacLeod.
