WESTPAC CONFIRMS 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DETAILS

Westpac has today confirmed that its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be
held at 10:00am (AEDT) on Wednesday, 14 December 2022 as a hybrid meeting.

The AGM will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1
Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, Victoria and online using virtual meeting
technology. Shareholder registration will open at 9:00am (AEDT).

Details of our 2022 AGM will be in our Notice of Meeting to be released in early
November 2022.
