Change to ex-dividend date relating to FY22 final dividend
On 24 August 2022, Vulcan declared its final dividend for the financial year ended 30 June
2022 with the following applicable dates:
 ex-dividend date of Thursday, 22 September 2022; and
 record date of Friday, 23 September 2022.
As the ASX Trade Market and ASX Settlement (CHESS) will be closed on 22 September 2022
to observe the recently announced National Day of Mourning and Public Holiday, Vulcan
has amended the ex-dividend and record dates relating to the FY22 dividend as follows:
 ex-dividend date now Tuesday, 20 September 2022; and
 record date now Wednesday, 21 September 2022.
An amended Appendix 3A.1 with the new dates has been filed with both ASX and NZX.
