In order to fund the recipients’ tax liability

arising on receipt of the ordinary shares

issued upon vesting of HGH performance

share rights, HGH acquired from the

recipients 877,737 HGH fully paid ordinary

shares immediately following the issue of

those shares, which will be held as treasury

stock. More information about the buyback

of shares can be found in the ‘LTI Buyback

Disclosure Document’ released on 23

August 2022 by HGH. Accordingly, the
