NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt on Tourism
Holdings Limited ("THL") ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at premarket open today,
Friday, 23 September 2022.
The trading halt has been put in place as THL is expecting to receive, during the course of the
day, the New Zealand Commerce Commission’s decision on its clearance application in respect
of the proposed merger with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Limited.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement regarding the New
Zealand Commerce Commission’s decision by THL, or market open on Tuesday, 27 September
2022
