Change of Portfolio Manager

Fisher Funds Management is in the process of expanding and strengthening its investment

team and have announced today that Sam Dickie will be stepping into the role of Marlin

Global Limited Portfolio Manager. Ashley Gardyne is passing on the Marlin Global portfolio

management responsibilities, but as Fisher Funds Chief Investment Officer will continue to

provide oversight of Marlin Global, Kingfish Limited, and Barramundi Limited.

Since joining Fisher Funds in 2017, Sam has been the Senior Portfolio Manager for New

Zealand equities and managed the Kingfish Limited portfolio. Prior to joining Fisher Funds,

Sam spent 13 years managing international equity portfolios in Hong Kong and the United

Kingdom. These changes will be effective 1 October 2022.

Sam Dickie will be supported by Senior Investment Analyst, Chris Waters, and Investment

Analysts, Lily Zhuang, and Daniel Moser. Together the team has significant experience

investing in global equities and researching the quality companies that Marlin targets.
