Vulcan’s Notice of 2022 Annual Meeting of shareholders

On 25 August 2022, Vulcan (ASX: VSL, NZX: VSL) noted its intention to provide its Notice of
Annual Meeting of shareholders in the week commencing Monday, 19 September 2022.
Due to the public holidays in Australia and New Zealand for Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Day,
the Notice of Annual Meeting will now be provided to shareholders next week.
The date of the Annual Meeting remains unchanged, being 2:00pm (NZT) on Thursday,
20 October 2022.
