CCC Appoints new CFO
Cooks Coffee Company (NZX:CCC) is pleased to advise the appointment of Craig Brown to
the role of Chief Financial Officer with effect on 1 October 2022.
Craig was previously the CFO of CCC for approximately six years, before departing in 2019 to
co-found Management Response Limited – a New Zealand company providing business
advisory, governance and contract executive services. Accordingly, Craig comes into the CFO
role with an extensive knowledge of the CCC business and an ability to draw on additional
resources for CCC from Management Response, where required.
Since July 2019 Richard Chew has acted as CFO of CCC through a contracting arrangement
with VCFO Group Limited. This arrangement has now concluded. The CCC Board expresses
its thanks to Richard and VCFO Group for their contribution to CCC over the past three
years.
