THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND
FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 OCTOBER 2022

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC has declared a third interim dividend which will be at
the rate of 0.60p per ordinary share of 2.5p each (2021: 0.55p per ordinary share) in
respect of the year ending 31 October 2022 payable on 30 November 2022 to
shareholders registered on 28 October 2022. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on
27 October 2022. This represents an increase of 9.1% as compared to the third interim
dividend paid in 2021.
