20 CONSTANCE STREET & 2 SMART ROAD,
NEW PLYMOUTH DIVESTMENTS
Property for Industry Limited (PFI, the Company) is pleased to announce the divestment of the
Company’s 20 Constance Street property in New Plymouth.
Colliers marketed the property, which has been unconditionally sold to the existing tenant, Aviagen, for
a gross sales price of $4.90 million. The property was last valued in June 2022 at $4.35 million.
Settlement of the divestment is scheduled to take place late-October 2022.
The Company has also entered into a conditional agreement to sell the adjacent property at 2 Smart
Road, New Plymouth, with any further updates expected to be announced mid-October 2022.
