What is this?
This is a Supplementary Document for the Product Disclosure Statement dated 19 August 2022 (PDS) for the issue of
units in the Booster Innovation Fund.
This document is to be read together with the PDS.
No previous supplementary documents have been lodged in relation to the PDS.
This supplementary document has been prepared to update information in relation to The manager’s Board of
Directors.
Supplementary Information
From 30 September 2022 the manager’s Board of Directors on page 29 has been updated to reflect the retirement
of Bruce Edgar as director of Booster Investment Management Limited and the appointment of Richard Kirkland.
The changes are as follows:

Bruce is a director and has over 30 years’ direct experience across a range of roles in the
funds management industry with companies including Southpac Investment Management
Limited/National Bank of New Zealand Limited, Trustees Executors Limited, BNZ
Investment Management Limited, State Street Global Advisors and BlackRock Investment
Management (Australia) Limited.
Richard Kirkland, Wairarapa
BCom, MBA, CA, CFA, Member of NZ Institute of Directors and Institute of Internal Auditors
Richard is an independent director on our board of directors, and chairman of our
Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. Richard has over 30 years of risk and fi
nancial
management experience across private and public sectors. Richard has worked with many
market participants and regulators in the financial services sector, has a strong practical
knowledge of the New Zealand regulatory regime, and continues to practice as a consultant
assisting organisations respond positively to regulatory change.
