NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED (NZX: NTL, ASX: NTL)
CLEANSING NOTICE FOR SHARE ALLOTMENT
New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (the Company) has allotted 8,766,667 additional fully
paid ordinary shares as loyalty shares to those that participated in the Sept 2021
placement and continued to hold those shares 12 months later (Loyalty Shares). The
Company advises for the purposes of section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act) that:
(a) the Company issued the Loyalty Shares without disclosure to investors under Part
6D.2 of the Act;
(b) as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with the provisions of
Chapter 2M of the Act as it applies to the Company;
(c) as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with section 674 of the Act as
it applies to the Company; and
(d) as at the date of this notice there is no excluded information of the type referred to
in subsection 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
(e) The allotment is not expected to have any material effect or consequence on the
control of the Company.
