scheme (Gentrack LTI Scheme) by Board resolution in 2020. Gentrack advises that the
number of share rights (SRs) under the Gentrack LTI Scheme eligible to vest are 436,425
and that it has issued 436,425 ordinary shares to participants in the Gentrack LTI Scheme.
