FIRB CONFIRMS NO OBJECTION TO MERGER WITH APOLLO

thl advises that the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board has today confirmed that it has no
objection to the proposed merger of
thl and Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd.

The merger remains subject to the satisfaction of conditions including refinancing and requisite approval
from ATL shareholders and the Supreme Court of Queensland.
