Bank Facility Extension
Radius Care (NZX: RAD) is pleased to confirm that it has received an extension of the bridge
facilities put in place on 6 May 2022 to enable settlement of the UCG acquisition. $23m of
funding has been extended for six months to be repaid on 6 April 2023.
