Booster Innovation Fund adds Woolchemy to its investment portfolio

Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Woolchemy to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF)
portfolio.

Woolchemy operates in the materials and technologies sector and specialises in the development of
nonwoven layers made from wool to help replace petroleum derived components in personal care
products such as nappies and sanitary products. Woolchemy was formed in 2008, and is classified as
early stage.

BIF will make a cash investment of $200,000. Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to
fund the purchase), Woolchemy will represent 2% of BIF’s investment portfolio of 26 companies, and
with a net asset value of over $11.6m.

Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of
the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at
www.booster.co.nz
