Westpac Self-Funding Instalments Holder meeting results
Westpac Banking Corporation (ACN 007 457 141) (Westpac), as the issuer of Westpac Self-Funding
Instalments (Westpac SFIs), earlier today held a meeting for Westpac SFI Holders (Holder meeting)
to vote on amendments to the Westpac SFI Terms (Terms of Issue).
At the Holder meeting, 38.7% of the votes cast were in favour of the resolutions to amend the Terms of
Issue. This was below the required threshold of at least 75% and so the resolutions were not passed.
Accordingly, Westpac SFI Holders will remain Holders under the current Terms of Issue until the 13
June 2024 Completion Date.
Trading in Westpac SFIs will recommence on the 19
th
of October 2022.
