Air New Zealand Limited Retail Bond Offer Interest Rate Set

Air New Zealand Limited announced earlier today that following a successful bookbuild
for its offer of 5.5 year, unsubordinated, unsecured, fixed rate bonds (Bonds), the offer
has closed and NZ$100 million of Bonds will be issued under the offer.

The interest rate has been set at 6.61% per annum. This reflects an issue margin of
1.50% per annum over the base rate of 5.11% per annum.

The Bonds are expected to be issued on Thursday, 27 October 2022 and will mature on
27 April 2028. The Bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market on Friday,
28 October 2022 under ticker code AIR030.

There was no public pool for the offer (whether via an online website, platform or
otherwise), with all of the Bonds (including oversubscriptions) allocated to clients of the
Joint Lead Managers (JLMs), institutional investors and other primary market
participants invited to participate in the bookbuild.

A copy of the final terms sheet for the Bonds will be released via NZX later today.
