RESULTS OF WINTON LAND LIMITED ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
At Winton’s shareholder meeting, held online today, shareholders were asked to vote on three
resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That Ernst & Young be appointed as the auditor of the Company and that the Board be
authorised to fix the fees and expenses of Ernst & Young as the auditor of the Company
for the ensuing year.
• That James Kemp, having been appointed by the Board and only holding office until the
Annual Meeting, be elected as a Director of the Company.
• That Jelte Bakker, having been appointed by the Board and only holding office until the
Annual Meeting, be elected as a Director of the Company.
Detail of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are:
