The Company announces that it agreed on 26 October 2022 to allot 275,000 Ordinary Shares at
251.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary
Share as at the close of business on 26 October 2022 was 245.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 28 October 2022. As at 28 October 2022 the issued share
capital and total voting rights will be 155,323,564.
