Board Composition Update

Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) advises today that Mohammed
Al Nuaimi will be resigning as Shareholder Appointee from the Precinct Board of Directors as of
today.
Haumi Company Limited have also advised that they no longer wish to appoint a director to
the Precinct Board.
Chair of PCT, Craig Stobo, “On behalf of my Board colleagues and Management, I would like
to thank Mohammed for his contribution to Precinct’s governance regime and business since
2013. We wish him the best for the future”.
