Withdrawal of Notice of Annual Meeting
New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited advises that it has withdrawn the announcement of its Notice of
Annual Meeting to be held on 8 December 2022.
A new Notice of Meeting will be provided prior to the Annual Meeting. This will include a requirement to seek
approval to the Forest Estate acquisition announced to the market on 21 October 2022. The date for the Annual
Meeting remains 8 December 2022
