On 8/2/2022 the Board of Accordant Group Limited determined that the following directors
were independent:
Wynnis Armour
Laurissa Cooney
Nick Simcock
Furthermore, we suggested that we intended to redetermine the status of Richard Stone at a
later date.
By referring to the factors described in the NZX Corporate Governance Code regarding
Director independence, including the proposed revisions to the Code taking place in April
2023, the Board has determined that Richard Stone is now also independent.
