estpac Banking Corporation's 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 10:00am
(AEDT) on Wednesday, 14 December 2022 as a hybrid meeting.
The in-person AGM is being held in Melbourne, with the details provided below, and you may
attend online at westpac.com.au/AGM. Registration opens at 9:00am (AEDT).
Attending online allows you to watch the AGM live, submit a written question and vote. You may
also listen to the AGM and ask a question via the teleconference facility. You cannot vote on the
teleconference. Further details on how to participate are below.
How to vote
To vote prior to the AGM, click on the link(s) below. You can lodge a direct vote or appoint a
proxy to vote on your behalf. Direct votes or the appointment of a proxy must be received by
10:00am (AEDT) on Monday, 12 December 2022. Click on the link(s) below. Each link
represents a separate shareholding.
1.Enter the postcode (Australian address) or country code (overseas address) relating to each
shareholding.
2.Follow the instructions in the 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting available at
westpac.com.au/AGM.
Shareholders can also submit a question prior to the AGM. These questions are not read out at
the AGM but are used to help us respond to the most important shareholder themes. Questions
can be submitted via the above link and need to be received by 5:00pm on Wednesday, 7
December 2022.

all the details of the AGM including how to participate.
