Perpetual Infratil Infrastructure Bonds Annual Coupon Rate Reset


Infratil Limited advises that the Coupon Rate on the Perpetual Infratil Infrastructure Bonds (PiiBs)
for the period 15 November 2022 to the next reset date, being 15 November 2023, is 6.45% per
annum payable quarterly in arrear. The Coupon Rate is equal to the One Year Swap Rate (for
quarterly payments) on 15 November 2022, plus the Margin of 1.50% per annum.
