Asset Plus (NZX: APL) is pleased to confirm that the sale of the bare land at Springs Flat Road, Kamo has
successfully settled today.
The sale proceeds will be utilised to fund the BNZ lock box as announced on 28 November 2022, as
part of the Company’s debt facilities extension through to 31 March 2025.
