Director of People & Culture resigns
Director of People & Culture Boyd Williams has resigned from Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait).
Boyd joined Synlait in 2016. During Boyd's tenure, he has seen Synlait's workforce grow from 400
employees to more than 1,200 today. Boyd has played a pivotal role in developing and establishing
Synlait’s HR, learning and development and health and safety programmes alongside the company's
broader growth story.
Synlait thanks Boyd for his commitment to the company over the past six years and wishes him all the
best as he relocates home to Australia.
