Booster Innovation Fund adds Komodo to its investment portfolio

Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Komodo to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio.

Komodo operates in the educational technology services part of the information technology services
sector. It specialises in improving the wellbeing of students and teachers using data driven tools. Komodo
was formed in 2018 and is classified as early stage.

BIF will make a cash investment of $250,000. Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to
fund the purchase), Komodo will represent 2.0% of BIF’s investment portfolio of 27 companies, and with
a net asset value of over $12.2m.

Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of
the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at
www.booster.co.nz
