Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ASX: AN3)
– Change of Admission Category
Description
From the commencement of trading on 21 December 2022, the ASX admission category of Australia and New
Zealand Banking Group Limited will be changed from ASX Listing to ASX Debt Listing under Listing Rule 18.9 and
the ASX code for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited will be ‘AN3’.
The table below lists Capital Notes and wholesale debt securities of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group
Limited quoted on ASX (together, the ‘Notes’). From the commencement of trading on 21 December 2022, the
ASX codes for the Notes will change from the code in the column ‘Current code’ to the code in the column ‘New
code’. The capital notes will commence trading on 21 December 2022 on a deferred settlement basis. The capital
notes will commence trading on a normal (T + 2) basis from the commencement of trading on 4 January 2023.
