The Company announces that it agreed on 20 December 2022 to allot 250,000 Ordinary Shares
at 266.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary
Share as at the close of business on 20 December 2022 was 258.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 22 December 2022. As at 22 December 2022, the issued
share capital and total voting rights will be 157,158,564.
