shares as ordinary shares. In addition to the 11,859,049 quoted ordinary shares in CCC
held by Nikau Trust, Nikau Trust hold and control 1,207,000 non-voting unlisted shares
(which may, by notice, be reclassified as quoted ordinary shares at any time)
