Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that Director nominations are now open. The closing date for
nominations is 5.00pm on Tuesday, 14 February 2023.

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting to be
held on Wednesday, 29 March 2023. Further details on the location and format of the annual meeting
will be confirmed in the notice of meeting.
