The Company announces that it agreed on 30 January 2023 to allot 650,000 Ordinary Shares at
287.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary
Share as at the close of business on 30 January 2023 was 278.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 1 February 2023. As at 1 February 2023, the issued share
capital and total voting rights will be 158,333,564.
