APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

My Food Bag Group Limited (NZX: MFB) is delighted to announce the appointment of Leanne Dekker to
the role of Chief Financial Officer, commencing 20 March 2023.

Leanne joins My Food Bag with nearly 20 years’ experience in professional services and listed company
environments in New Zealand. She has held senior finance roles at both Summerset (as deputy CFO) and
most recently Kiwi Property Group (as group financial controller). In addition to her expertise across a
broad range of accounting and finance functions, Leanne has exceptional experience leading a team,
delivering projects and contributing to compliance and governance responsibilities for listed companies.
