FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Rights Issue
New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (NZX: NTL, ASX: NTL) is pleased to offer rights to existing
shareholders in New Zealand and Australia, opening on Tuesday 21 February 2023. The offer
gives existing shareholders the opportunity to take up 3 new shares for every 5 shares they
hold on the record date at a price of NZ$0.018 or AU$0.017 per share. The offer of new shares
is made under NZX Listing Rule 4.3.1(a) and ASX Listing Rule 7.2, exception 1.
Important indicative dates for the Offer are:
‘Ex’ Date 17 February 2023
Record Date for determining entitlements 7pm (NZDT) and 5pm (AEST) Monday
20 February 2023
