Westpac Banking Corporation – Suspension and Removal of
Notes (ASX Code: WBCHCF) from Official Quotation
Description
The $250,000,000 Callable Floating Rate Subordinated Notes maturing 16 February 2028 (ASX Code: WBCHCF)
(the ‘Notes’) of Westpac Banking Corporation (‘WBC’) will be suspended at the close of trading today, 17
February 2023, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following the redemption of the Notes on Thursday, 16
February 2023.
The Notes will be removed from Official Quotation with effect from the close of trading on Monday, 20
February 2023.

Please note that the suspension and subsequent removal applies only to the Notes (ASX Code: WBCHCF), and
does not apply to any other quoted securities of WBC.
