Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 1,2,3,24,25 & 30
August 2016, the then trustees of the E S Edgar Trust disposed of a relevant interest in
2,461,197 ordinary shares for aggregate consideration of $145,236.74 by way of seven
on-market transactions.
The transfer to the Trustees of the beneficial interest in 79,570,895 ordinary shares by the
estate of the late Sir Eion Sinclair Edgar under the terms of the will of Sir Eion Sinclair
Edgar. That transfer took place on 27 February 2023, and there was no consideration for
that transfer.
