Investor Day Details

Transportation technology services company EROAD Limited (NZX/ASX: ERD), with its purpose of
safer and more sustainable roads, today provides further details of its Investor Day.

CEO Mark Heine, CFO Margaret Warrington, President of North American business Akinyemi Koyi,
Executive General Manager of Australia and New Zealand Konrad Stempniak, Board Chair Graham
Stuart, and director Selwyn Pellet will attend EROAD’s investor Day on 21 March 2023 in Sydney,
Australia. This will be a hybrid event for institutional investors and analysts to outline the next
chapter of the company’s transformation strategy and provide an update on its performance.

The program will include outcomes from its strategic review including rationalising products and a
more focused North America strategy. The materials will incorporate further information on its cost-
cutting initiatives, refocusing the Research & Development program while continuing to invest for
growth, and the pathway to generating positive Free Cash Flow.

Previously announced cost-cutting initiatives which commenced in August 2022 have so far
reduced EROAD’s operating costs by approximately $10 million on an annualised basis. The Investor
Day materials will provide an update on additional cost reduction initiatives targeting a further $10
million, in addition to refocusing its Research & Development program.

The session will also include a demonstration of EROAD’s fleet management software.
