BIF – Changes of Membership of BIF Investment Committee

Booster Investment Management Limited (Booster), as manager, is pleased to announce a change in the
membership of the BIF investment committee that results from the return of David Beattie from a
temporary overseas sabbatical arrangement.
David returns as a member of the BIF Investment Committee, and replaces Duncan Wylie to allow him to
focus on the continued demands of Booster’s other direct investment portfolios. Booster thanks Duncan
for his contribution to the BIF Investment Committee.
