The Company announces that it agreed on 23 March 2023 to allot 125,000 ordinary shares at
262.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per ordinary
share as at the close of business on 23 March 2023 was 253.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 27 March 2023, bringing the issued share capital and
total voting rights at that date to 159,558,564.
