ANNUAL MEETING OUTCOMES
Property for Industry Limited (PFI, the Company) today held its annual meeting of shareholders virtually
and in person at the HSBC Tower, Auckland.

Shareholders passed six resolutions, details of the total number of votes cast are as follows:
