NZX RELEASE

3 April 2023

Departure of CFO

Channel Infrastructure (CHI) has today announced that Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Jarek Dobrowolski, will

step down from his role. Following the business reset, refinancing programme and the return to dividends,

Jarek has decided to spend more time with his family and pursue other opportunities.

No departure date has been finalised with Jarek, however it is expected that it will be during June 2023. An

external recruitment process will commence to appoint a permanent replacement, and in the interim, the

Company’s previous CFO, Denise Jensen, will return as Interim CFO upon Jarek’s departure.

CEO Rob Buchanan said “Jarek has been with the Company since 2017, and as CFO has worked tirelessly,

leading his team through the transition of our business, resetting of the capital structure and a return to a

strong financial position. Jarek leaves with our thanks and very best wishes. Having Denise, who has been

with the Company for over 17 years, return as Interim CFO will allow a seamless transition while we

undertake a recruitment process for a new permanent CFO.”
